Ann Smith - CEO
Ann Smith is skilled in business management, computer programming,
business law, human resources, employee development, and tax accounting. Her responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer encompass all administrative, management,
legal, and fiscal functions required for operation of the business. Ann is a licensed General Contractor in Virginia, Mississippi, and South Carolina.

Bradley Smith - President of Construction
Brad Smith has worked in the construction industry for 25 years. He was Vice President and primary operating
officer of a well-established construction company for 15 years, Conger Corporation, until the owner dissolved
his business and left the industry at the end of 2004. Brad brings to Kerricook Construction, Inc. a dependable
and loyal Customer base and a well-established large network of subcontractors and tradesmen who have worked
closely with him over the last 15 years. He maintains those working relationships as well as his partnerships
with an architectural firm and separate engineering firm, who have assisted him in the performance of over
100 commercial construction projects over the last several years.

George Smith - Vice President of Construction
George Smith majored in Civil Engineering and minored in Aeronautical Engineering at the Indiana Institute of
Technology. He began a career in commercial construction in 1962, first in store planning and fixturing, and
later moving into the management end of commercial construction. He was a Construction Superintendent for
Cunningham Drug Stores, Inc. for 18 years, Director of Store Planning and Construction for Gray Drug Fair,
Inc. for 4 years, Director of Engineering, Construction and Maintenance for Phar-Mor, Inc. for 7 years,
and Director of Construction for Homeplace, Inc. for three years. He spent the eight years prior to coming
to work for Kerricook Construction, Inc. as Senior Project Manager for Conger Corporation, alongside his son Bradley Smith.
George’s forty plus years experience in commercial construction, retail store planning and fixturing make
him a perfect fit for Kerricook Construction, Inc. and its Customers.

Greg Hildebrand - Project Manager
Greg Hildebrand began his career in construction with Architectural Interiors as a Carpenter Foreman in 1985.
He progressed within Architectural Interiors to Project Foreman during his 17 years there. He left Architectural
Interiors in 1997 to open a satellite office for Conger Corporation in Cincinnati. Greg was in charge of that
office for the two years it existed, performing commercial remodel projects in the Cincinnati and northern Kentucky area.
Upon returning to Cleveland, Greg went to work for Competitive Interiors as an Estimator and Project Manager. He
worked there until joining our team in March of 2006. Greg brings a thorough working knowledge of code requirements,
safety compliance and a well-refined estimating ability.
